Iola, Kansas · a working trial
Farming with the biology already in the field
Metabolic Agriculture reads the weeds a field grows, cultures a preparation from plants rooted in that same soil, and applies it at the moment the crop can use it. No imported strains, no proprietary formulation. This is an attempt to make it work on dryland corn, soybeans and wheat in south-east Kansas, and to find out honestly whether it does.
Where this stands
One farm near Iola. Fields mapped from public data, zones drawn from lidar and eight years of satellite imagery, a fall plant inventory before first frost, then a winter of design with Anscari Fuentes, whose book this follows, and first applications in spring 2027.
Everything here is in the open, including what has gone wrong. If it does not work in Kansas, that will be written down too.
